I was charged with the work for preparing a list of teachers of virus schools and colleges and list of government employees coming from Bangladesh, This was my first work, According to list, it was decided to distribute some cash money as help from Krishnanagar office. The helpless men became very glad to get such money. At the time of distress this money will be very helpful. For this work I began to work tirelessly. Mr. H.T Imam and Kazi Raquibuddin etc. Including Zonal Chairman Md. Zahur Ahmed Choudhury directly supervised our team, from Earlier I knew Kazi Ruqiubuddin. He was the Sub-Divisional Officer of Brahmanbaria. When Brahmanabaria was free, he gave much assistance to the freedom fighters When Mr. H. T imam was Deputy Commissioner of Chittagang Hill Tracts the freedom fighters built up great resistance programmer against Pakistan Army. Afterwards he could not encounter desperate attack of Pak Army, came to Agartala with most of the officers and officials, materials, typewriters, papers and pen and 4 vehicles to run an office and set up this office at Krishnanagar. From here he used to maintain liaison with the Ieaders of Mujibnagar Government stationed at Kolkata under the co-operation of Tippera Government.
Afterwards Mr. Imam went to Kolkata on getting appointment as Cabinet Secretary of Mujibnagar Government. In the mean time the eastern zone was divided into two divisions. Krishnanagar zone office began to work as office of southeast zone-B. In place of Mr. H.T. Imam. Kazi Rakibuddin got the charge of the office of Administrative Office of the zone.
I was a man without attraction to home and was very young than others in respect of age. So Mr. Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury and Mr. Rakibuddin used to engage me with hard and laborious works- As for example to draw money from State Bank of India, arrangement of registration of Government vehicles, maintaining liaison and performances of various works of Mujibnagar Government with Tippera Government, to hand over secret documents, orders and instructions of the Government to the appropriate officer of main office of Bangladesh Forces, transaction with the sectors and bring important news, placing the reports in the secretariat and preparation of various lists etc. At the time of giving me appointment the Mujibnagar Government ordered to pay me pay and allowances. I did not require thc full amount of allowances. Therefore I could help some known and helpless men of Brahmanbaria and Akhaura. Many families of Akhaura Railway Colony took shelter at that time in Agartala. I saw many of them to lead their lives with difficulties Many of them came to our office for help. With the approval of Chairman Mr. Zahur Ahmed I could help them some extra amount of money. Many of them were colleagues of my father After liberation of the country they came To my father and expressed their gratitude of such assistance. During long time of liberation struggle I was engaged in relief work of Mujibnagar Government. I could not get any opportunity to take training in Deradun.

Agartala-Narsing Garh:
I was become very busy. The whole day I had to travel from Krishnagar Office to different refugee camps. I used to stay at Narsing Garh Polytechnic College hostel about in kilometers away from Agartala. I came here with my friend Bachchu to stay, but I did not change that place. I could manage a better place by requesting office management. But since that time I had been staying there, because of affections and attractions in my mind towards that place. At the very critical time I got here the shelter by taking hand with my friend Bachchu, In that hostel some respectable men of Bangladesh were slaying. Of them there were many including Mr. A. R Mallick. Vice-Chancellor of Chittgong University. Professor Syed AIL Ahsdn. Professor Anisuzzaman. Professor Mahmud Shah Qureshi (son-in-law of Professor Syed Ali Ahsan). Sector Commander Mir Shoukal Ali. Dewan Abul Abbas. Dewan Shahed was the elected member of Parliament from Brahamnbaria, Besides, Mr. Shamsuzzoha. MP of Narayanganj, Professor Nurul Islam, MP of Chittagong, Mr. Abdullah Al Harun, Professor Khurshid Alam, MP from Comilla, Mr. Siddique MP from Munshiganj, MP from Brahmanbaria Mr Emdadul Bari. Advocate Ahmad Ali SDO of Habiganj at present Finance Secretary Mr. Akbar Ali Khan, Mr. Khasruzzaman, SDO, Brahmanbana and many top personnel elits in the political and intellectual arena went to Agartala in 1971. I got the opportunity to acquaint myself with many of them.
I was acquainted with Mr. Shakhawat Matin. His house is situated in my neighboring village. He was the front line leader of Bhashani NAP. All along he led simple life. Still there was no change in his life. At the twilight of his life he was helpless and defeated. In the youth camp of Narsing Garh he was engaged to create awareness about freedom and freedom fighting among the young people coming from colleges and universities of Bangladesh. There were also many who were engaged to look after welfare, physical exercise, and medical treatment and also create politically consciousness for the young people of Bangladesh.
